Shipping Policy – Parental Alienation Front

 

Thank you for supporting our mission! Since all of our products are made specifically for you when you place an order, we ask for your patience and understanding regarding our production and shipping times.

1. Processing and Production Time

  • All products are custom-made on demand. This process involves printing, quality checks, and packaging.

  • The typical processing and production time is 2–7 business days from the moment you place your order.

  • Please note: This time is in addition to the shipping time.

2. Estimated Shipping Times (After Production)

Once your order is complete, it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

United States 3 – 8 business days
Canada 7 – 14 business days
Europe (EU/UK) 5 – 15 business days
International 10 – 30 business days

  • Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or due to unforeseen carrier delays, these times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the contents of your order.

  • The first product in your order is charged at the full shipping price.

  • Additional products are charged at a lower, discounted shipping rate. This helps us pass on savings to you! You will see the final, combined shipping cost at checkout.

     

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • Orders shipped outside of the country of origin (e.g., from the US to Europe) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

     

  • The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

5. Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been fulfilled (finished production and shipped).
