Return and Refund Policy – Parental Alienation Front
Because every product in our store is custom-made on demand at the moment an order is placed (Print-on-Demand), we are very selective regarding returns and exchanges. We take pride in our quality and inspect the production carefully.
1. Cancellations and Changes As production of your item starts quickly after the order is placed, we can only cancel or modify orders within 3 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make a change.
2. Manufacturing Errors and Damages (Covered by Us) If you receive a product that is:

Damaged (e.g., torn or broken).

Contains a manufacturing error (e.g., wrong print, incorrect color sent).
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@parentalalienationfront.com
Procedure for Errors:

Please send us clear photos of the defective item. There is no need to return the item.

After inspection by us and our print partner (Printify), we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund.
3. Non-Defective Returns (Not Covered) We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if:

You ordered the wrong size, color, or product variant.

You simply changed your mind about the purchase.
We strongly advise customers to check the size guides before ordering, as we do not hold inventory to process exchanges for the wrong size.
