His fight gives me, a father who has been alienated from his own son for over 13 months, immense hope. Robert Garza's work on crucial legislative reforms—like Texas Senate Bill 718 ("Time Taken, Time Back") and the "Three Strikes Law"—would make equal shared parenting the default, solving many of the most damaging issues related to parental alienation and custody interference.
